[Dick just shrugged. Ever since the kid flood, he'd been having a hard time getting any reasonable amount of sleep because of the nightmares that came with revisiting the month after his parents had died. He'd managed to stay down for about an hour earlier in the day, but considering it had been about a week? He was starting to really feel the sleep dep.

So, he moved to be a safe distance away from Bourne rather then just jumping him, assuming an easy, slightly defensive stance.
